1. General

Sanuker Inc. Limited is committed to safeguarding the privacy and the security of individuals with respect to personal data. We therefore make sure that our policies and practices in relation to the collection, use, retention, transfer and access of personal data comply with the requirments of the General Data Protection Regulartion (the "GDPR") under the European Union law.
These Terms and Conditions (these "Terms") contained herein on this webpage, shall govern your use of this website, including all pages within this website (collectively referred to herein below as this "Website"), and our chatbot applications (collectively referred to herein below as our "Chatbots"). These Terms apply in full force and effect to your use of this Website and our Chatbots and by using this Website and our Chatbots, you expressly accept all Terms in full. You should not use this Website and our Chatbots, if you have any objection to any of these Terms.
2. Lawful Basis for Data Processing
Unless you have provided informed consent to data processing for one or more purposes, your personally indentifiable information may not be processed unless there is at least one legal basis to do so, including:

3. Collection of Personally Indentifiable Information
When you use this Website and our Chatbots, we will record your visit and obtain configuration information with regards to cookies, internet service provider and access rate only to analyse web surfers' viewing habits. We will not collect any personlly identifable information ("Personal Data") from you unless otherwise specified. You may refuse to accept Cookies on your web browser, but to do so you may not be able to access all parts of the Website.
At times you use our Chatbots and this Website, you may be asked to provide your Peronsal Data, including, but not limited to, your name, date of birth, age, gender, occupation, telephone number, home address, email address and Facebook login in order to enjoy the service we provide. Your Personal Data will be retained for twelve (12) months since the date you provide such data. Specific purposes for which your Personal Data may be used are set out in these Terms under section 5 below.
4. Responsibility and Accountability
When your Personal Data is collected, you will be clearly informed about the extent of data collection, the legal basis for processing of data, how long data is retained, if data is being transferred to a third-party, and disclosure of any automated decision-making that is made on a solely algorithmic basis. You will be provided with contact details for our designated data protection officer. You have the right to revoke consent to data processing, to view your Personal Data and access an overview of how it is being processed, to obtain a portable copy of the stored data, to erasure of data under certain circumstances, to contest any automated decision-making that is made on a solely algorithmic basis, and to file complaints with a Data Protection Authority.
5. Use of Personal Data Collected
The processing of your Peronsal Data is related o the legitimate interests of our business or a specified third party, providing that the interests or fundamental rights of whom provides such data do not override the legitimate interests of our business. The collected Peronsal Data may be processed in the following use cases:

  • Telemarketing
  • Onsite personalization
  • Digital advertisement
  • Direct mail
  • Any other form of direct marketing
6. Security
All information and Personal Data you provide to us in this Website and our Chatbots is secured in our database through Secure Socket Layer (SSL) with restricted access by authorized personnel only. If we engage another third party service providers to provide a service on its behalf, we will ensure they have appropriate security measures and only process your information as we have authorized, and not for their own purposes. We will take reasonable steps to check these service providers to make sure that they are meeting the security requirements set by us.
7. Data Breach
In case of a data breach, we are under a legal obligation to notify the supervisory authority without undue delay unless the breach is unlikely to result in a risk to the rights and freedoms of the individuals. We will file a report within seventy-two (72) hours. You will be notified if adverse impact is determined.
