In order to promote the knowledge of oil use and oil-related health tips, COHC decided to build a FAQ chatbot to answer general public’s question. The chatbot is able to process user input with keywords and provide suitable answers. Upon provision of answer, chatbot will immediately ask a follow-up question to collect user’s feedback.
